Laura L. Gillman - C.P.A.

Laura L. Gillman, a long time resident of Gainesville, received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida in 1990. In 1995, she completed her Master of Accounting, with an emphasis in taxation. She is licensed as a C.P.A. in the State of Florida and is a member of both the A.I.C.P.A. and F.I.C.P.A. Ms. Gillman became a shareholder in 1999 and is currently our managing shareholder.

Ms. Gillman's areas of interest include real estate development, like-kind exchanges, multi-state tax issues and retirement planning. She has extensive experience with the U.S. Taxation of Foreign Individuals and Corporations, including domestication of foreign corporations, branch profits tax and U.S. Estate Tax issues facing foreign individuals.

Ms. Gillman plays an active role in the community. She has served as President of The Junior League of Gainesville, a board member of the Gainesville Jaycees and a board member of PACE Center for Girls. Ms. Gillman has also completed Leadership Gainesville XXV.
